Hoa Xa Industrial zone was established according to Decision No. 1345/CP-CN dated on October 03rd 2003 of Prime Minister

Status: infrastructure was finished, under operation.

Detal planning of Hoa Xa IZ was approved and  revised at Decision No. 1131/QD-UBND dated on October 6th 2008 by Nam Dinh PPC

Technical infrastructure:

     - comprehensive technical and social infrastructure

     - Power supply system: 110 KV and 220 KV power line

    - Sewerage system: being a comprehensive system with colecting culverts along the transport lines, connecting with water treatment station for treating to level A according to Viet Nam’s standard QCVN 40:2001/BTNMT before discharging into environment
