The Bo Trai Song Da IP (Da River Left Bank IP)  is situated in Huu Nghi Ward, Hoa Binh city, just one kilometer away from the main bridge connecting the two banks of the Da River.  It is 75 km from Hanoi center.

This is a small IP with an area of just 86 ha, divided into two sections: the old site where enterprises rent the land from the government and therefore do not have to pay for extra infrastructure fees, and another site with an infrastructure developer, the Za Hop Trade JSC (which, in 2014, replaced Song Da Thang Long JSC). The infrastructure developer has cleared most of the area, and is doing procedures to add a dormitory to the IP. At the moment, there are 17 hectares of land available for rent.
