With total area about 3,710 ha, includes:

- Nam Tien Phong Industrial Park (a.k.a DEEP C Quang Ninh I, developer: Belgian group Rent-A-Port): total area 487.4 ha.

- Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park (a.k.a DEEP C Quang Ninh II, developer: Belgian group Rent-A-Port and HATECO Group): total area 1192.9 ha.

- Bach Dang Industrial Park (developer: Hai Phong Automotive Repairing One Member Company Limited): total area 176.45 ha.

The general planning on construction of Dam Nha Mac Service - Industrial Zone will be oriented as a port and seaport service area with 4 main functional areas: General and specialized wharf area arranged along Bach Dang and Chanh rivers with an area an area of about 500ha; Port service area, located after the port area with an area of 750ha; Industrial park with an area of about 1,500 ha; newly developed residential area.
